Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and needs assessments for students.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment programs in close alignment with students’ IEPs.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain clear, accurate student records and progress notes in compliance with school policies.
- Provide direct therapy intervention while also consulting with staff on classroom modifications and strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings.
