Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Current California OT license (or eligibility)
- Pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with in-person, home health, and teletherapy formats
- Familiarity working with TK-6th grade caseloads is a plus
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 55 students (TK-6th grade)
- Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions in school, home health, and teletherapy settings
- Complete thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and comply with relevant documentation standards
- Monitor and report student progress toward IEP goals
