Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs, assessment, and progress documentation
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong commitment to student development, function, and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, individualized occupational therapy services to students
- Participate in IEP development, attend meetings, and provide professional input
- Conduct thorough student evaluations and document progress toward therapy goals
- Design and implement interventions that support academic and functional skill growth
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school/district guidelines
In-Person Only: This position requires on-site presence to best support students’ needs through hands-on care and teamwork.
