Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong knowledge of school-based OT practices and documentation
- Experience supporting children and adolescents with varying abilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in school-based therapy is a plus
Position Duties:
- Deliver OT services to students in accordance with IEP/504 plans
- Assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student achievement
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment
