School Occupational Therapist - Vevay, Indiana

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric OT services
- Familiarity with both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) services is a plus
- Proficiency in collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Previous background with home health OT is beneficial
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs across various settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services in schools and via teletherapy when needed
- Coach teachers and parents on strategies to promote student independence
- Maintain thorough, timely evaluation and progress records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
- Flexibly adapt interventions for home-based settings, if required
