Required Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards

- Organizational skills to manage caseloads and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ functional skills and needs in the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, individually or in small groups
- Monitor and document student progress, updating goals and plans as needed
- Collaborate with educators and families to support carryover of therapy strategies
- Offer training and resources for staff as needed to facilitate student participation within the classroom
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
