Key Qualifications:

- Prior experience providing OT services in a school setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students, staff, and families
- Flexible, proactive, and organized approach to supporting diverse needs across K-12
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and adapt interventions as needed
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students, ensuring compliance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to foster student independence and participation in the classroom.
- Conduct assessments, generate reports, document progress, and adjust therapeutic goals as necessary.
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and student accommodations.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional development.
