Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
- Comfortable working with students from PreK-12th grades
- Proven ability to administer evaluations, develop IEP goals, and implement therapy plans
- Adaptable communicator who collaborates well with multidisciplinary teams
- Prior experience in home health or healthcare OT settings beneficial
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized therapy plans
- Delivering direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting strategies as needed
- Supporting access to learning by helping students build functional and academic skills
- Engaging in team meetings and contributing to a supportive school community
This contract runs ASAP through June 8, 2027 and offers a consistent 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to make a real difference while maintaining work-life balance.
