- The ability to adapt to different caseloads and school assignments
- Teamwork mentality with a collaborative approach
- Experience in itinerant or travel roles is a plus
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct therapeutic services to students according to their IEPs
- Participate in evaluations and develop measurable goals to foster student success
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and parents
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as an OT expert
- Maintain documentation and reporting as required by school standards
- Offer consultative support and strategies for classroom staff
- Work flexibly at assigned campuses; school assignments and caseload specifics to be determined
Flexibility and adaptability will be key, as you may work across multiple locations and with varying student needs. Training on the district’s IEP system and support from the department lead will be provided.
