Key Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized interventions and plans
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, faculty, and families
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Previous school-based or pediatric therapy experience is a plus
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering targeted OT or SLP services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conducting assessments and documenting student progress
- Collaborating with classroom teachers, aides, and other service providers
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to IEP development
- Maintaining accurate records in alignment with school and state guidelines
- Supporting students during group and individual sessions to maximize their participation and success
