Occupational Therapist School Setting in Williamstown, MA

Ideal candidates will bring the following qualifications and experience:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts
- Experience providing OT services in a school setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all stakeholders—students, teachers, and parents
- Ability to manage and organize a caseload across multiple schools within the district
- Collaborative approach to creating and modifying individualized therapy plans
- Familiarity with IEP procedures, documentation, and legal requirements in school systems
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assessing students’ functional abilities and developing individualized occupational therapy plans
- Delivering direct therapy and consultative services as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions based on students’ needs
- Maintaining detailed records, progress reports, and documentation as required by the district
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student goal setting
