Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Previous experience supporting K-12 students in a school environment strongly preferred
- Understanding of IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication skills to partner with educators, administrators, and families
- Ability to travel between school sites as needed
- Flexibility to adapt services across varied caseloads and age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT services to students district-wide, supporting sensory-motor, fine motor, and functional participation needs
- Implement evidence-based interventions individually and in small groups
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and maintain clear, timely records
