- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred, especially with K-12 populations
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, therapeutic assessments, and individualized interventions
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to cover multiple school sites as needed
Role Highlights:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across the district
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress towards IEP and 504 plan goals
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to create strategies that remove barriers to student participation and success
- Support ESY programming as well as the full upcoming school year
