Key Qualifications:
- Active ASHA certification
- Valid Colorado SLP license
- Experience in school-based, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy OT roles
- Demonstrated ability supporting fine and gross motor skill development
- Comfortable collaborating with COTAs and working across settings (in-person and online)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students’ occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individual education plan (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with other educators, staff, and families to ensure holistic support
- Deliver therapy services in school, home, or teletherapy settings
- Track progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Support students’ participation and success in both academic and everyday activities
