Occupational Therapist School Setting in Woodland, WA

You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive personalized, effective interventions. If you hold a current Washington OT License and an ESA Certification, your training will be valued in this pivotal role.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Washington Occupational Therapist License (required)
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification (required)
- Experience in schools, healthcare, teletherapy, and/or home health OT
- Strong communication skills and adaptability
- Ability to collaborate with educational staff, families, and support professionals
- Commitment to fostering student growth and development
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized OT plans
- Deliver direct therapy services within school settings and/or remotely
- Document progress, write reports, and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Support classroom staff with strategies to optimize student participation
- Engage with families to promote carryover of strategies at home
