Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist ready to bring energy, compassion, and expertise to educational and home health environments:
Qualifications/Experience:
- Active OT license in Michigan (or eligibility)
- Experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT strongly preferred
- Proficient in developing motor skills programs (fine and gross motor)
- Previous experience working with K-12 populations highly valued
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to support students’ and clients’ motor skills and functional independence
- Design, implement, and track individualized OT plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes
- Provide direct support in both school and home health settings
