Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans focused on fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive techniques
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services on-site and via teletherapy as appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including teachers and support staff, to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and student progress per district standards and compliance requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert recommendations and progress updates
- Engage with families and caregivers to support carryover of strategies at home
