Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Michigan (or eligibility)
- Previous experience with school-based OT services strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes, goal writing, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and consultation skills with educators and families
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 25 students with varying needs
- Understanding of sensory integration, fine motor, and adaptive strategies in a school context
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative OT services during school hours
- Collaborate with educational teams and participate in IEP meetings
