Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Battle Ground, WA

This flexible, part-time position offers 14 hours per week across two days, with scheduling adjusted to fit your life. You'll partner with another experienced OT to design effective, individualized plans that foster student independence and success throughout the school day.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Washington State licensure as a COTA or OT
- School-based experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other OTs and educational staff
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to empowering students of varying abilities in grades K-12
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy support to students as prescribed in IEPs
- Collaborate with district OTs to assess student needs and document progress
- Adapt and modify learning materials or environments to support participation
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated services for students
- Foster inclusive, positive school experiences for students at all skill levels
