Qualifications and Experience:
- Active COTA certification and state licensure required
- Previous school-based or pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable working one-on-one and in group settings with a diverse student population

- Ability to take direction from supervising OTs and integrate therapy plans into educational routines
- Commitment to documentation accuracy and timely record-keeping
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized and group occupational therapy treatment plans designed by the supervising OT
- Support students in building fine motor skills, sensory processing, organization, and self-care abilities within the school environment
- Adapt classroom materials and school tasks to increase student participation in learning activities
- Document student progress, maintain records, and collaborate in IEP/504 meetings as needed
- Communicate regularly with educators and families to monitor progress and share strategies
- Help ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for all students
