Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
• Proficiency in delivering occupational therapy in a school-based setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support licensed occupational therapists in therapeutic interventions for children with diverse needs
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with families and staff
• Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and caregivers to support students’ classroom participation and independence
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of functional, student-centered goals
