Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist in the development and execution of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Adapt interventions to best meet students’ needs and educational goals
- Monitor, document, and report student progress to supervising OT and education staff
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and therapy team to ensure integrated support
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and families as needed
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
