Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist occupational therapists in planning and implementing therapy activities tailored for students’ developmental and educational needs
- Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions under OT supervision, focusing on sensory, fine motor, and functional academic skills
- Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and document therapy sessions in accordance with school protocols
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to students’ goal-setting
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages each student’s independence and participation in classroom routines
