What you’ll need:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Massachusetts
- Experience or enthusiasm for working with K-12 populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a broad caseload and adapt to diverse student needs
What you’ll do:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services as outlined by student IEPs
- Collaborate with the OT to split responsibilities and maintain consistent support for students
- Document session notes, progress, and communicate updates to the therapy and educational teams
- Assist with evaluations and help implement adaptive strategies
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for all students
