What we’re looking for:
- Active COTA license in Illinois or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Understanding of IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school environments
Key responsibilities:
- Assist occupational therapists in executing direct and indirect therapy services per student IEPs
- Document treatment and progress notes in compliance with district protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
- Utilize district-supported digital IEP system (with training provided)
- Travel between assigned schools (with paid travel time)
- Attend paid team meetings and administrative hours as scheduled
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold student dignity at all times
