Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid COTA certification and active state licensure
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Skilled in administering school-based therapy, data collection, and writing detailed evaluation reports
- Comfortable working onsite and providing services to students of varying ages and needs
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to work a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week) from now through the end of the school year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs for students from PreK to 12th grade
- Collect data and track student progress toward therapy goals
- Complete timely and thorough evaluations and associated documentation
- Engage in collaborative meetings and communicate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
- Support and encourage student participation and independence in classroom activities
