Desired Qualifications:
- Hold current and active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred
- Skilled in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability in a multidisciplinary setting

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions to students, supporting their participation and success in the educational setting
- Work alongside occupational therapists, teachers, and staff to assess student needs and carry out treatment programs
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to comprehensive student reports
- Participate in the development and adjustment of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Engage families and caregivers as essential partners in supporting students' growth and independence
