We are actively seeking multiple Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join a school-based team in Norco, CA for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity supporting a K–12 caseload across various school sites, providing meaningful support to students in a collaborative environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active California COTA licensure is required
- Prior experience in school settings is a plus
- Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers, therapists, and parents
- Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to diverse student needs
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Support students in achieving educational and functional goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as needed
- Engage students with creative, motivating activities to enhance participation and success
This role offers part-time hours—15 hours per week, split over 3 days—providing the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, paid weekly.
