Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid COTA certification and state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering evidence-based therapy to students with varying needs
• Implement treatment plans, activities, and interventions as directed by the supervising therapist
• Support students in developing fine motor skills, self-care routines, and classroom participation strategies
• Record and maintain progress notes and documentation accurately and timely
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to align therapy goals with classroom objectives
• Promote a positive, inclusive environment conducive to student growth
