What we’re looking for:

  • Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Recent experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in schools
  • Solid understanding of developmental milestones and sensory-motor needs of children
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with OTs, teachers, and families
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic, student-centered environment
  • Dedication to upholding ethical and professional standards

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Support intervention plans developed by supervising OTs targeting fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and classroom participation
  • Document progress, update records, and assist with assessments and reporting
  • Partner with teachers and staff to foster inclusive learning environments and support accommodations
  • Educate families on strategies for success at home and in school
  • Engage actively in team meetings and professional growth activities

Compensation for this position ranges from $20.06 to $50.06. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
