Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Pediatric experience, ideally working in school environments
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and team members

- Ability to adapt and motivate students toward their occupational therapy goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, following prescribed treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Implement fun and effective interventions to enhance students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills
- Track progress and document sessions in compliance with school guidelines and professional standards
- Collaborate with educational team members to support student learning and participation in the classroom
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all students
