We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, school-based position in the Arizona area for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration as needed
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative educational team
