Essential Qualifications:
- Current licensure to practice Occupational Therapy
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Experience working with pediatric clients, preferably in school-based settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support students’ academic participation and functional abilities
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to integrate OT interventions seamlessly into students' daily routines
- Deliver direct intervention, consultation, and training for staff to foster inclusive classroom environments
- Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and adhere to state and federal guidelines for school-based services
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere where every student’s potential is recognized and nurtured
