- Competence in both direct therapy and indirect service delivery (consultations, staff training)
- Effective communication skills, especially with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort working with diverse student populations, including students on the autism spectrum
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted OT interventions to elementary and high school students
- Develop individualized treatment plans supporting academic and functional skill development
- Provide indirect services through staff consultation and support teacher-based strategies
- Collaborate with educational teams to integrate OT recommendations into classroom routines
