Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) License required
- Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work with students across all age groups, from PreK to high school
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to enhance student learning and participation
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, collect data, and monitor student progress
- Consult with teachers and staff to promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professionally to student planning
