Occupational Therapist School Setting - Anoka, MN

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaborative problem-solving
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with school IEPs
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support in classrooms
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support educational participation
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
