Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations

- Ability to adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each student
- Organizational skills for managing documentation and caseload effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and implement individualized therapy plans for students K-12
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other support professionals to integrate occupational therapy into students’ daily routines
- Write clear progress reports and maintain detailed, accurate records
- Engage and educate families on strategies to support their child’s development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help shape educational plans
