What You Bring:
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnering with educators, support teams, and families
- Passion for empowering students with diverse needs to achieve educational and developmental goals
Your Role Includes:
- Delivering direct Occupational Therapy services to K-12 students per IEP requirements
- Evaluating students, documenting progress, and participating in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Designing and executing engaging intervention plans to build fine motor, sensory, and functional life skills
- Consulting with teachers and staff to adapt environments and routines for student success
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Contributing OT expertise to multidisciplinary teams to foster student inclusion and growth
