High School Middle School Occupational Therapist School Setting - Reno, NV

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist license for Nevada (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Comfortable working with students from early childhood through high school
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation best practices
- Passion for helping students reach their fullest potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' developmental, physical, and sensory-motor needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student goals
- Document interventions and progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Adapt activities and environments to facilitate student participation in school routines
- Provide consultation, training, and resources to school personnel and caregivers
