Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students, identifying areas of need and functional goals
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success in the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Deliver both direct and consultative OT services to general and special education populations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations on accommodations and classroom strategies
- Support positive student outcomes through evidence-based intervention and compassionate care
