Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license required
- Previous experience delivering OT services in a school or pediatric environment preferred
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educational staff and parents
- Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of 20 students
- Confident working independently and adhering to educational guidelines
Primary Duties:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to support student participation and learning
- Provide direct therapy services onsite, ensuring progress toward individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Maintain consistent records and detailed documentation of student progress
- Attend team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Educate staff and caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic recommendations in and out of the classroom
Enjoy a flexible, part-time schedule with 16 hours per week across 1.5 days, allowing for a work-life balance and professional fulfillment. You’ll work onsite only, ensuring you can build strong relationships with students and staff alike.
