Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required
- Current, active OT license to practice
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred

- Flexibility to commit to a long-term assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ individual therapy needs and develop customized intervention plans
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and Special Education teams to achieve Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed to optimize outcomes
- Provide training and resources to school staff for implementation of therapeutic strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with regulations and policies
