Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Vermont (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Current BLS certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop student treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services to improve students' independence and school performance
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other therapists
- Document interventions and track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and recommend assistive strategies
- Offer in-class or pull-out interventions as needed
