Qualifications:
- Current and active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Washington
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Organized, self-motivated, and flexible in adapting to student needs
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services for students with diverse motor skill needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals and educational objectives
- Engage in collaborative problem-solving with faculty and families to ensure the best support for each child
- Participate in meetings, assessments, and documentation as required by school protocols
- Offer insight and training as needed to educators and staff for integrated support
