School Occupational Therapist - Bellevue, Washington

What you’ll bring:
- Active Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification for school-based practice in WA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Flexibility, empathy, and resourcefulness in adapting to student needs
- Commitment to fostering student development and independence
What you’ll do:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for a team-based approach
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Adapt clinical approaches to a school environment for best student outcomes
