- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage varying caseload demands
- Comfortable working on-site within a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT evaluations and evidence-based interventions within a school environment
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals to address students’ individual needs
- Collaborate closely with other educators, related service providers, and parents to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
- Adapt treatment plans as needed and provide ongoing support to students in both group and individual settings
