Occupational Therapist School Setting in Bensalem, PA

This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled OT with experience in school-based settings, ready to support Early Intervention (EI) and Extended School Year (ESY) programming. Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania licensure in Occupational Therapy
- At least 1 year of school-based OT experience (new graduates not eligible)
- Strong foundation in Early Intervention practices and preschool caseload management
- Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Up-to-date credentials meeting all state requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address physical, social, and adaptive skill needs
- Work part-time during the summer (approximately 15 hours weekly); potential for increased hours during the school year depending on referrals
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to ensure consistent support and successful transitions
- Maintain thorough documentation and data on student progress in compliance with program and legal standards
