Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid and active OT license meeting all Pennsylvania state requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist (not open to new graduates)
- Experience or willingness to work with preschool/early intervention caseloads
- Available to follow the local district’s academic calendar
- Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to preschool-age students across assigned locations
- Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with educators and families
- Provide services according to ESY and EI mandates
