Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid OT license in the state
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Proficiency in developing and implementing strategies to enhance fine and gross motor skills
- Comfortable working with children from early childhood through middle school (Pre K–8th grade)
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Capacity for creating individualized treatment plans
- Compassion, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and create tailored occupational therapy plans
- Deliver direct interventions to support fine and gross motor development
- Support teachers and parents with strategies to foster student growth
- Record student progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared student goals
- Engage in meetings, consultations, and trainings as required
