What you’ll need:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Indiana
- Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy and school-based interventions
- Experience with IEP development, goal tracking, and student documentation
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites within the district
What you’ll do:
- Deliver OT services for students across elementary, and occasionally middle and high schools
- Assess and support students with fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skill needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, special educators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to student progress planning
- Manage a rotating schedule that fosters connections with diverse school communities
